The band includes players from many musical traditions from classical & folk to jazz and we have our own caller available for dances. With Jigsmith you can be assured of the very best in danceable music.</font></big></p> <p align="center"><big><font color="#8000FF">We believe that the taking part is more important than getting the dances 'right' and the main aim is to party and enjoy your evening.</font></big><br> <font color="#8000FF"><big><br> Our music is mainly traditional English folk music performed in a contemporary manner although we can also provide incidental music to further your nights enjoyment. We will call jigs, reels, steps as well as waltzes, barn dances and more fun items.
